The Affordable Care Act has helped millions of Americans get access to healthcare, yet major challenges remain and we need to go further.

A simple, elegant solution is hiding in plain sight — Medicare. We could fund improving Medicare, and expanding it to all Americans, by eliminate the wasteful overhead of the insurance industry.
