6:00 Room Set-Up

6:15 Social Time Begins: Guests arrive, light refreshments will be served

6:30 Call to Order

6:40 Candidates will have 5-10 minutes each to introduce themselves and their reasons for running

7:00 Audience Q & A - topics can be wide-ranging but should be relevant to city government

7:30 Social Time - The discussion may delay start of social time by a few minutes if questions remain

7:45 Break down

8:00 End & Exit
