6:40 Program Topic*: The club is hosting an open discussion on community policing. Last Saturday another local organization held a focus group discussion to review the short-comings of current policing practices and potential solutions for improvement to increase community trust and to reduce neighborhood violence. We hope to contribute to that discussion with ideas and suggestions which will be presented to our chief of police in April.
