This is a planned meeting of the Cape Girardeau County Democratic Committee (not the “Club”). This meeting is open to the public. However, only Cape Girardeau County Democratic Committee elected and appointed committeepersons may make motions and vote on official Democratic Party business. Non-committee members may speak when recognized during discussions.
