Registered voters who are not registered as Republicans can begin requesting mail-in ballots for the Democratic Presidential Primary via the Missouri Democratic Party (MDP) website. Ballots can be requested through March 12, 2024. Ballots should be returned as soon as possible and must be received by the MDP no later than 10am on Primary Election Day, Saturday, March 23, 2024.
