It features the three candidates vying for the Republican Party nomination for House District 147 (Cape Girardeau) in the August 2, 2022, Primary Election. The winner of that election will face Democrat, Andy Leighton (unopposed and presumed Democratic nominee), in the November 8, 2022, General Election.
