We were saddened to hear of the passing of our dear friend, Barbara J. Kellum, last Wednesday, March 13th. Many of us had only come to know Barbara in mid-2022 when she stepped up and volunteered to become the Cape Girardeau Ward 4 Democratic Committeewoman. Barbara strengthened our committee with her knowledge and experience and brightened our events with her creative flare for decorating. She was kind and generous and she will be missed by all.
